Hospital Refuses to Disclose Emergency Plan


HOSPITAL REFUSES TO DISCLOSE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLAN; THREATENS
LEGAL ACTION IF MORE QUESTIONS ARE ASKED.

For the past month we have been attempting to obtain information from
Banner Estrella Hospital concerning their emergency preparedness plan(s)
with regard to possible future problems should they occur at the Palo
Verde Nuclear Generating Station. Both facilities are located in
Maricopa County Arizona.

Quite a plan — or lack of one. Take the patients to the hospital, then wat. Might as well take them to Walgreens

Notice on the diagram the MEDIA center is UPwind from the nuke accident.
Do most people even know what way is upwind from their nearby nuke plant? Or do they know about showers (rinsing open eyes and nostrils etc.) to get radioactive particles off? Do they think for a minute the emergency broadcast system is going to tell them one thing during an accident?

No wonder they try to hide these plans from public scrutiny!
