TEPCO Reverses Course: Adds Minor Efforts at Controlling Multi-Meltdowns to Daily Update

The latest report has details that TEPCO hasn’t added for days. They have had bland “situation is under control, cold shut-down in effect” type statements with no activity reports lately. Now, today they include details (with no explanation) like this:

* At 10:00 am on April 19, we started transferring of accumulated water from the basement of turbine building of Unit 6 to the temporary tank. At 4:00 pm on the same day, the transfer was suspended.

So … why suspend? Something broke? Someone exposed? Someone died?
