Did something spill in the road? The crew carefully vacuumed the road with big and small machinery. They had air supply evidently.

This truck in the middle of the road has the bigger vacuum machine and wide hose. Workers pulled the log-wide hose out of the back compartment of this truck. It is seen near the crosswalk, black long thing.

A silver car came and parked near the Futaba traffic cam and a guy got out and put some thing(s) down maybe. He went out of sight to the left of the view. And came back and they drove off. Just there for a little time. In the background many trucks were going really fast from left to right. Speeding.
