Wacky “don’t know much about nukes” judge in cahoots with Uranium U. tells Dana he cannot use his 3 expert witnesses (in the next go-round) in court . . .
then asks “what’s he charged with?” !!

Ken Beusseler is in hiding since his whoring for the Canadian uranium cartel has been exposed all over the web.
He passed the ball to Woods Hole and Bill Gate’s lacky, Kathy Lefebvre, from U. of Washington. She writes a lot of claptrap for NOAA on sea critters dying from domoic acid.  Yoichi Shimatsu explains what that is in the interview.
But the main thing is she implies radiation has no impact on everything dying in the North Pacific from California to Alaska because of this outbreak of demoic acid.  They point out her paper only cites 13 species with it (of 6,500!) and fails to mention how much domoic acid she found.

U of Washington has no studies on radiation in the Pacific from Fukushima even though they are right there on the coast! But they do have a big effort to study climate change effects.
