The authenticity of the document isn’t proven yet….
but – it reads a LOT like her e-mails.
And in her e-mails when she is formulating some policy she has that habit of citing the same type of sources …. this or that white house policy directive or Obama speech.
So glancing at the end at the notes it realllllly shouts “Hillary”!

That’s an important point. It has to be stored and monitored, never disposed.
Also, ALL nuclear waste is dangerous! Ionizing radiation makes uniquely difficult or impossible to repair clustered DNA damage. The fact that the Orlando shooter works for the company which guards 90% of US nuclear power stations show one loophole in keeping terrorists out. Bernie thinks that burial of radioactive waste in Texas is safe, however. He wants to shut down the reactors but if he buries all of the rubble it’s dangerous. That leaves Trump and if his uncle explained enough about the dangers of ionizing radiation besides the bomb. He’s been misquoted and misinterpreted on the nuclear weapons topic. After I heard Bernie say it’s fine to bury Vermont waste in Texas, I think it’s flip of the coin who will be the worst.
If a good person with a good idea on nuke wast containment ran for president he’d probably get about 10 votes!
