No Houston evacuation “because it takes too long” – FEMA … exposes US Civil Defense for Nuke War is a complete SHAM.

28 08 2017

FEMA adminstrator, Brock Long on KHOU live news broadcast at 6:30 a.m. (CDT) said people were told to shelter in place in Houston and no evacuation order given because the weather forecast didn’t indicate where, over a large area, the water was going to flow. “Pinpointing what watershed that rain is going to go into is dang near impossible . . . “, he said. They didn’t know until it was actually happening. He said to evacuate a city of over 2 million would take days.

[ at  1 hour 40 min. into this LIVE STREAM]

If Houston takes days to evacuate how long for bigger cities like New York and Los Angeles?

The evacuation of population scheme is the basis of US nuclear war strategy.

Just shows the political change that bouncing a beam from Alaska off the ionosphere, and over the horizon can achieve in the weather.

When did they ever plan to evac the cities for n-war? I thought they had “fallout shelters” – often just schools. I recall that even smaller Dallas-Fort Worth is shelter in place for a nuclear accident. Even New Orleans had to evac ahead. The US doesn’t give a rats ass about its people. They are importing 1 million new legal immigrants per year since 1970 who take their jobs and can replace them. Lots of new workers in India and China.

The funding for mass suburb construction coast to coast after WWII was for nuke war planning.

Evacuation routes to many pop. areas were planned – 1:04 mark of this shows it –

I forget where I read this (old Caldicott book?) — but here is more info –

WashPost – Plans to evacuate 2 million Washington area residents to rural Virginia and West Virginia during threat of nuclear war – including about half of Montgomery County and most of Prince George’s County – are being studied by the Pentagon’s Defense Civil Preparedness Agency.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/local/1977/01/20/plans-for-area-evacuation-in-nuclear-war-studied/99c6918e-91ab-4f83-b87b-951fb6622355

and this –
“At the beginning of the nuclear age the government was opposed to evacuation of cities in the event of a nuclear attack. The government said that people should not evacuate because they would be needed to help repair damaged infrastructure, and that the nuclear radiation “would only stay in the air a day or two”. Despite this initial opposition to evacuation, plans for evacuation were soon created.”

Perhaps they wanted to evac DC because of the pols. The evac plan must have been a tiny window of time. We were taught ground zero was a crater, then the moving firewall – for awhile I tried to calculate was where I was living the moving firewall or outside of it – or was it the crater vs. the firewall. Regardless, I was happy with end of Cold War because I thought no more nuclear worries. Little did I know!

I may have read it in Nukespeak or With Enough Shovels … both books of the 80s.
Anyway, it looks like at the beginning feds balked at evacuation idea and later warmed to it.

Everything I have read on nuclear power stations is shelter in place for large cities. For chem attacks that was policy for schools in first Iraq war. How could they evac anyway before the attack? After too late for many,

The government deliberately creates a weather disaster where much is lost, and all you can talk about is nuclear war and bomb shelters.

The Clintons don’t have a monopoly on evil.

This may turn into a nuclear disaster too if the dam fails or generators at the South Texas Nuclear Power Station.

And they are already releasing dam water.

What I am thinking is … Texas coast is full of chemical plants and gas pipelines that are supported by trusses on flat ground. Will all this water compromise the pipeline supports? Will there be big chemical/oil spill looming?

In N.O. they “helped” that chemical plant to explode and that levee to burst when Katrina missed its mark and left levees intact.

I read somewhere that the chemical, oil and gas risked a major environmental disaster with Harvey. How many are poor Katrina refugees impacted again?

They sent Katrina victims to far flung areas (opinion) to break up the black voting block in N.O..

After having worked in 2 nuclear weapons labs, I became a Federal whistleblower on the Yucca Mtn. Proj. AEC/DOE: I have never been in such weird, perverted, science fraud work environments in my life, nor in any of the 50 countries I have been in. The US has provided nearly every nuclear weapons program to nearly all the countries that have them. Ernest Lawrence even trained Japanese nuclear physics students at the Lawrence Berkeley Lab DURING WWII, and was doing co-research with the head of the nuclear weapons program in Japan. In fact Lawrence had two 800 ton magnets made for his new accelerator and sent one as a gift to the Japanese nuclear weapons head researcher. When the US was fire bombing Japan in WWII (2.5 million Japanese died), Japan moved their nuk program to northern Korea in what is today N. Korea), and put the program and scientists underground in caves. They completed their project and detonated Japans nuclear bomb 3 days after the atomic bombing of Nagasaki.

The constant threat of nuclear war is to create an atmosphere of tension through nuclear Kabuki theater, and has been used as nuclear blackmail against weaker nations for decades.

The greatest global danger today, is the permanent dispersion of thousands/millions of tons of nuclear waste, that has been transformed into nanoparticles, permanently suspended in the troposphere, until rained/snowed out and deposited in the environment. The deliberate existing global DNA degradation caused by invisible nuclear dust – is permanently changing global DNA throughout the biosphere. The hidden agenda behind the nuclear Kabuki theater and fake wars is the redesigning of the human race… into a permanent state of slavery that is genetically programmed into the vast majority of a limited population.

Bertrand Russell described this Frankenstein project in full in his lectures at Oxford in the 1930’s. They were published as a book in the 1950’s:
THE IMPACT OF SCIENCE ON SOCIETY (1952)
