Besides out over-pop our food fetishes are killing this planet. One instance- fast food industry has a standard (huge) size requirement for potatoes to fit a certain container (McDonalds) and will not buy other ‘short’ potatoes. The super-size is attained by very wasteful irrigation added water to fields for no other purpose than to bloat out the size to fit a paper carton. It wrecks havoc with water supply, crop prices and small farms.
For a stupid carton for obese super-sized Americans.
