that’s why I think the 4 foot mark is the danger zone (900 feet a danger, not the claimed 901 feet …. waves will lap over 12 inches from normal wind).

The side of the Emergency Spillway looks like its already 50-75 years old. A finer grade concrete mix would have held out longer, I think. I’ve seen ancient concrete structures in better condition.
