I don’t think this would effect Oroville dam operations since the dam has its own generators. However, bizzar things have occurred in the past with this dam. Maybe they might say that shutting off power elsewhere sucked too much power from the dam, which caused some kind of weird anomaly.

Strange phenomenon! The water flowing from the cracks appears to be flowing uphill. I’ve checked other images I have of the upper spillway and the water flowing from the cracks flows downhill–gravity.

Reporter is in Oroville in the beginning of this video. He pops on briefly at the end of the video. I can see moderate to heavy smoke on the Dam’s Main Spillway & Top Spillway CAM’s. The Visitor’s Center CAM is still unavailable to see Lake Oroville.

I saw this video when it was uploaded 4 months ago. Looks like the reason YouTube notified me of this video again is because Millie updated the description to include drilling for Piezometer installment in April 2020. Piezometers are used to measure seepage.
