If Dr,. Michael Palmer is right in claiming that the pandemic is a hoax, why have all the people come down with it, so many of them have died, and scientific experts are predicting that a second wave is about to happen?
The answer seems to be the drop in temperatures in air and water in the Northern Hemisphere which seems to require stricture measures during the race for a vaccine.
What the lower temperatures mean is that more viruses will be around, and they will be more powerful which will call for central governments doing things to restrict the use of water, especially drinking treated waste water and washing in it which will require people to make massive changes, particularly buying most of it.
Forget about washing you hands and bodies in it, and anything you eat.Quit going to anyplace where it is served, especially alcoholic drinks and untreated bottle water.
You can take it from there.

Why is Dr. Palmer not taking the pandemic seriously? Because it is so small, and has infected and killed so few Canadians.
While the country is bigger than the U.S., I believe, and has one tenth the population.
It has had no where near the number infected, and killed. You might expect it to have 20,000 deaths, but it’s nowhere near to the same number of proportional deaths, just 20.
Why? I believe it uses much less treated waste water. Can you believe that it only has around 1,200 plants while the US has 45,000, and most of them much bigger.
One mystery about the pandemic answered.

Here is some trivia. In Holland when the virus started up the highest cases were in all the devout church going districts. They wouldn’t stay home or obey the rules and spread it all around.
A very different outcome in the more secular parts of the country.

Why will UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson be announcing the ending of the punitive Rule of six and the commingling of households while urging people to work at home while limiting the table hours of pubs, restaurants et al?
Because he fears a spike of a more powerful virus in the pandemic from the use of treated waste water without saying so.

Mexico has far fewer wastewater treatment plants, including apparently the biggest world one north of Mexico City, numbering around 3,000 in a far hotter country having greater water needs.
The gutless Anglo-American experts will not admit the monsters they have created which we silently admit exist without serious discussion, and are killing us in great numbers.

If everyone was drinking bottled water, and not constantly washing their hands while wearing masks, and observing social distancing, the infections and deaths would go significantly down.

He just worked on a bipartisan basis for six Presidents since 1984 as Director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious diseases, telling them what they wanted to hear about any problems. Time magazine this year considered him one of the 100 most influential people.
A graduate of Holy Cross College before I went there and Cornell Medical College,he just plugged away for the government without any approval of Congress until the sitting President considered him indispensable for what it was doing, particularly overseeing the building of a wastewater plant system to satisfy the country’s massive water need.
It supplied more water to meet public and private demands, mixing it without serious discussion with what lakes. rivers and rainfall were supplying. the small amounts of bacteria and viruses were not considered clinically relevant. It just ran off somewhere and somehow, a most dangers assumption when epidemics are likely.
In this context, Fauci’s assumptions only made the facts worse.

What military exercise was Pompeo referring to? Something out of Fort Detrick when Trump was blaming a Chinese leak for its virus?
Just to provide cover for what the CDC, Dr. Fauci and Dr. Redfield could do nothing to stop.

Americans and its government are giving Canada fits or the pandemic.
The recent spikes in Canadian infections and deaths may make posters believe that it shows that transmission of the virus is from the air not water. That is the case but it is mainly in The States where most visitors come from.
American visitors are a first class cause of chaos. About 20,000 of them have just arrived during the pandemic, and about half of them have just been denied entry at the border, leaving about 10,000 of them just to spread the virus if they have it,
Then there are all the Americans going through Canada on their ways to the States or to Alaska or to both. People don’t realize the 48 states belonging to the one up north, making all kinds of problems for Canadian officials trying to stem the pandemic.
Then there all kinds of Americans holding dual citicenship, wanting to visit their haunts or properties, requiring all kinds of administrative difficulties about who can go, what they have to do to do it, and under what conditions.
While Canada has a 14.day quaranteen for anyone coming in, it allows all kind of violations, being such a big country with so many poorly administrated points of entry.
Then there are problems for Canadians who have long done business with
Americans who reside across the border, and visit their summer places or the local B and B annually.
In short, it has made Canada a big sufferer of an airborne virus.

A good test today is all the New York City schools opening under in-class rules regarding masks and social distancing. At the same time infection rates have spiked all over the City.
If the school kid infection rates soon spike, we will know that it comes from the treated wastewater from the Catskill/Delaware River basin and the Croton reservoir.

Today’s spikes in virus infections come from infectious wastewater.
Places like USA, India, South Africa and Brazil spike, and it comes somewhat from use of treated wastewater.
For example, Spain which has massive of it has far more cases of it than Portugal which it shares its climate with, and is fast playing catchup with in wastewater treatment plants. Spain has 10 times as many deaths as Portugal, though it only has about 5 times its population.

During that time it developed no possible vaccine for the virus, and a waste water treatment system which allowed it to spread as an epidemic,
