This is expected to cause “inundation” (flooding) and “ground-loosening”, which will mean even more dumping of radioactive water to the Pacific. And, people had better be concerned about this, because even fairly short-lived radionuclides, like tritium, will be radioactive for longer than you will be alive. Large amounts of rainfall and “ground-loosening” could be detrimental to the stability of the nuclear power station itself. It seems that “ground-loosening” could involve more than landslides per se.

Yesterday, August 27th, was the anniversary of the signing of the Kellogg-Briand Peace Pact in 1928, a treaty created by an international peace movement after World War I. Frank Kellogg, US Secretary of State at the time, was instrumental getting the Pact passed. Kellogg Boulevard in downtown St. Paul is named after him. He is the only Minnesota-born person to receive a Nobel Peace Prize.

Here is a printable list of companies owned by Monsanto that consumers should avoid if they are concerned about their health.

There are several reasons that people are opposed to Monsanto, but among the top two are their involvement with GMOs and their corruption of the U.S. government.

One of the more outrageous schemes they pulled off in recent years was to ensure the passing of the “Monsanto Protection Act” that essentially prevented courts from prosecuting Monsanto over GMO-related health issues and was allegedly partly written by the company itself. Though the Act was only in effect for six months, similar bills have been signed into law that protect companies over consumers.

As for GMOs, many studies have suggested that genetically-modified food products can drastically alter the health of consumers in a negative way.
